Rajen Kallideen merged the name Kallideen & Co. with I.C. Meer & Co. and is presently a successful practicing Law firm in Durban, with the new name I.C. Meer Kallideen & Co. Rajen Kallideen continues to serve on the Board, as a Consultant to the firm, primarily focusing on the firm's Debt Collection and attending to the Administration of Deceased Estates.
Unesh Kallideen had taken over the name Kallideen & Co. as a firm of practicing Accountants in 2010. Today, the firm is primary focused on Audit, Consulting, Accounting, Tax, Legal Services, Risk and Business Advisory.

Chartered Accountants (SA) and Baker Kharva & Co. Chartered Accountants (SA).
Unesh Kallideen has over 17 years of accounting, tax and audit experience coupled with over 15 years of extensive corporate banking experience, having held previous banking positions with Absa Bank with the previous recent post was that of Credit Analyst, Credit Commercial with Absa Commercial Bank.
Unesh Kallideen holds Membership with the Chartered Institute of Business Accountants (SA), is an Appointed Member of the Tax Court of South Africa and Member of the Association of Fraud Examiners.
Unesh Kallideen obtained his MDP Qualification from Wits Business School.
Devveena Kallideen is a Managing Partner of Kallideen & Co. Devveena is a qualified and registered Chartered Business Accountant in Practice, Accounting Officer (SA) and Commissioner of Oaths (SA).
Associate Partner to the firm is Pulane Mathibela, who is a qualified and registered Professional Accountant and Tax Practitioner. Pulane is situated in Pretoria and heads up the Accounting Division in Pretoria.
Prashant Raghoo is the firm's Operations Manager, Ladysmith.
